This beauty bridges the gap between the basic and complex/wild coffees and is a perfect everyday and easy drinking filter. It has a great syrupy body and features wonderful notes of caramel, sweet almonds, orange and hint of elderflower.

OUR PREFERRED EXTRACTION (V60 Size 2): 32g coffee on a medium grind and 500g of water just off the boil; bloom with 60g of water for 45”; top up to 300g to 1’15”, give it a gentle stir; at 1’45” add the remaining 200g of water and give it another gentle stir; total brew time should be at around 3’30”
