A beautifully balanced Colombian filter coffee from Fabian Acevedo, a fourth-generation coffee farmer in Huila. This washed coffee bridges the gap between an easy everyday filter and more complex fruit-forward coffees, combining lively, refreshing acidity with a very clean cup and smooth body.

In the cup, expect notes of caramel, hibiscus and raspberries, with subtle fruity and floral character developing behind the clean, refreshing acidity. An approachable filter for everyday drinking that still offers plenty to discover.
