A light espresso roast that celebrates vibrant clarity and delicate sweetness. Grown in the highlands of Concepcion Huista, Huehuetenango, this coffee is produced by Juana Jimenez, whose meticulous washed processing brings out a lively and refined cup profile.
Taste notes of red grapes and mango lead the way, rounded off with nougat sweetness and delicate violet florals. A juicy body completes the experience, making it ideal for both straight shots and milk-based drinks.
Recommended Preparations: Espresso, Long Black, Lungo, Americano, Bialetti and milk drinks such as Cappuccino or Flat White.
