From the high-elevation countryside of Yirgacheffe comes this vibrant and expressive natural espresso from Tefanesh Zeleke. Grown between 2150 and 2200 meters, these beans develop exceptional sweetness and clarity thanks to the unique terroir of Idido, Yirgacheffe and a skillful natural process that preserves fruit character.
In the cup, expect wild berries, jasmine florals, tropical fruit, and a touch of creamy chocolate, all framed by a lively acidity and juicy sweetness. This coffee makes a fine espresso and holds up beautifully in milk drinks as well.
