Silca

Silca was founded in 1917 near Milano. Since then it has become synonymous with durable materials, traditional craftsmanship and innovative cycling products. Silca is one of the oldest and most innovative companies in cycling. They were the first to put gauges on pumps, the first to create a high-pressure frame pump and the first to create a CO2 regulator.

In 2014 the Silca headquarters and manufacturing moved to Indianapolis after Joshua Poertner bought the company. He was Technical Director at Zipp Speed Weaponry for 14 years and he has been a lifelong Silca fan since he bought his own Silca pump in 1990. Until today he still uses this pump.

Over the last few years Silca added range of premium seat bags, bags and tools to its offer.
